How to check individual email users's storage usage and entire domain's disk usage

Email > Webmail/SmarterMail

1. individual email users can see their email storage usage percentage within webmail.
  • Log in to the SmarterMail interface
  • Click on "Reports" button 
  • Expand "My Reports" folder
  • Click on "Disk Usage" link

  • Log in to the SmarterMail interface
  • Click on "Reports" button 
  • Expand "Domain Summary Reports" folder
  • Expand "Traffic Reports" folder
  • Click on "Disk Usage" link
