How can I back up my emails?

Create a new local folder with your email address (e.g., [email protected]) for the email account you intend to back up by right-clicking "Local Folders" and then selecting "New Folder..."     4. Drag the folder, such as "Inbox," from the online folders to the newly created local email user folder. This action will move all emails to the local folder named [email protected]/Inbox. Additionally, you can Move or Copy single or multiple emails by selecting them, right-clicking, and choosing either "Copy to" or "Move to" > Local Folders > [email protected] > Inbox.
